Began his career as a physician in Russia, has made a name for himself in New York City's daycare industry. As the dedicated owner of Little Princeton, a well-regarded boutique daycare that opened its doors in 2009, he has built a reputation for offering one of the top non-traditional Montessori daycares in Brooklyn, NY, receiving praise from students, parents, and educators alike. Theodor's enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences while making them enjoyable for children truly sets him apart in the industry. In addition to co-founding Golden Minds Prep, Mind Body Soul Children's Society, and Aspiring Minds Childhood Development Center, he also works as a consultant for other daycares and educational programs.

Tatyana Zbirovskaya is a versatile and accomplished Theater and Screen Play Director with a passion for storytelling and artistic expression. Originally from Siberia, she overcame societal challenges to pursue her dream of becoming a director. Having received her Masters Degree in Acting from the prestigious Academy Of Arts in Moscow, Tatyana established herself as a well-known performer in Russia before embarking on a new chapter in America. Her journey in the entertainment industry led her to work with esteemed directors, act in studio and independent films, and even venture into stand-up comedy. Tatyana's dedication and creative vision shine through her work, making her a sought-after director for both theater and screen productions. With a background in Computer Science, Tatyana's adaptability and innovative spirit complement her artistic talents, enriching her storytelling and directorial skills. Her debut as a writer and director at the Cannes Film Festival's "Short Film Corner" with the film "A Man of Honor" marks only the beginning of her promising career in filmmaking. Tatyana Zbirovskaya's unique blend of experience and passion for the craft brings a captivating touch to every production she undertakes. Her ability to breathe life into narratives and connect with her audiences make her a true visionary in the world of theater and screen direction.

ARNOLD SHVETSOV is a highly accomplished director and actor with an illustrious career in both Russia and the United States. Graduating from Moscow's prestigious GITIS (State Academy for Theatrical Arts) in 1981, under the guidance of acclaimed mentors like A. Goncharov and M. O. Knebel, Arnold embarked on a remarkable journey in the world of theater. As a student, he showcased his talent at the Moscow Academic Theater named after Vl. Mayakovsky. After graduating, Arnold worked at the Latvian State Youth Theater in Riga, earning laurels at the Latvian Reading Contest. Returning to GITIS in 1984 for a director's degree, Arnold collaborated with the Moscow Drama Theater named after N.V. Gogol, co-directing exceptional productions like "Pannochka," "Somewhere Far Beyond the Hills," "A Suit for a Summer Hotel," and "Long Day's Journey into Night." In 1995, Arnold's creativity crossed borders, directing productions like "Uncle Vanya" at the 78th Street Theatre Lab in New York and the Stravinsky opera "Mavra" at Merkin Hall, Lincoln Center. He also mentored young talents and directed world premieres at the JCC In Manhattan. Arnold Shvetsov's visionary storytelling and versatile talent as a director and actor have left an indelible mark on the world of theater, making him an exceptional artist and mentor.

Rachael Kosch
Rachael Kosch
Dance Teacher

Rachael Kosch is a distinguished alumna of the Joffrey Ballet School, Herbert Berghoff Studios, The High School of Performing Arts, New York University, Bennington College, and Columbia College, Chicago, specializing in Drama, Dance Composition, and Choreography/Teaching. She has been a pivotal member of the dance and theatre community, teaching at prestigious institutions such as the Martha Graham School and New York Theatre Ballet, and performing in various esteemed venues including Dancespace Project, Judson Church, and 550 Broadway Dance. In 1993, Rachael co-founded The Kangaroo Garden, a music-dance troupe, later establishing The Rachael Kosch Dance Company in 2015. Alongside her husband Michael, she produced The Festival of the Vegetables, a multi-disciplinary children’s show which ran annually from 2007-2012 and received high praise from critics, being rated "Great" by New York Magazine and lauded for her choreography by NewYorkTheatre.com. Rachael’s innovative dances have garnered acclaim, with Dance Magazine critic Ann Barzel declaring her work “the high point of the dance season” in 1998. Her contribution to the academic field includes creating the Dance curriculum for the Rosenwald School and the Theatre Arts curriculum for Gold Material School. Currently, she continues to enrich the dance community through her pedagogical work at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance.
